How To Use Bhim App For Digital Payments?

1) At first, go to this link to download Bhim App from Google Play Store.
2) The link will automatically redirect you to the Play Store.
3) Install and open the app.
4) After opening the app, it’ll tell you to select your preferred language.
5) Choose anyone from English and Hindi.
6) Click on Next > Next (2 times).
7) Now a popup will appear on your screen.
8) Allow it and click on “Let’s get started“.
9) You must have the Sim inserted in your phone which is registered with your bank account.
10) Verify your registered number for the app via OTP.
11) Now, type a four digit secure passcode.
12) Type it again for confirmation.
13) Select your Bank name.
14) Now, choose your bank account by which you want to transfer money and use with Bhim App.

Transfer Money: – You can send or receive money from your bank account. It also allows you to receive money from your customer without any cash. Just give your registered phone number, and your customer can send your money asap. You can also send money to other banks by just entering the IFSC and MMID code of that bank account. If you need money from someone, you can also send him/her a request for money transfer.

How to setup my bank account UPI PIN with Bharat Interface Mobile App?
Very easy! Just open the app > go to Menu > Bank Accounts > set your UPI PIN up by selecting your bank account. You can also setup your UPI PIN by entering the last six digits of your ATM card with the valid thru date of your card. After that verify it by entering the one time password in the app. Remember that, the UPI PIN and MPIN are not the same things.
Does it allow only one bank account?
Yes! You’re right! For now, you can link only one bank account with it. You can add the default bank account at the time of setting up your account. But to link another bank account, navigate to Menu > choose bank accounts > select your default bank account from which you want to send or receive money from others. All the money that are transferred to you will be automatically added to your default bank account. The sender can use any option from your registered mobile phone number and your payment address according to their needs and wish.
What about the transaction limit of BHIM app?
You can transfer upto Rs 20,000 per day (24 hours). And you can send upto Rs 10,000 at a time.
